Do they all go down a smooth solid road? I’d be surprised if I were to even find one that did. It’s not just about the hugs, kisses, cuddles, smiles, laughter and joy. A true relationship can go through the tears, the anger, the yelling, the darkness, and even the mistakes. These hardships are tests of your love and commitment, you need forgiveness to move forward, patience to work problems out, laughter to make each day easier, cuddling to relieve the feeling of loneliness, and each other to lean on when life gets hard.
